How to prepare an okra water to combat high cholesterol, Diabetes and other diseases.


Okra or lady fingers is rich with vitamin C that strengthens ones immune system. You can get the full benefits of okra whether it is boiled, stewed or fried. Diabetics call it “superfood” because it has a positive effect on blood sugar control and other sickness 



Okra water lowers the level of bad cholesterol, boosts immune system, prevents kidney failures, cures type 2 diabetes and treats asthma. 

Okra water procedure

1. Cut both ends of fresh okra.
2.  Make three openings or cut the okra lengthwise.  
3. Four pieces will do, deep in a glass of water for the entire night. 
4. Drink 30 minutes before breakfast to control sugar level and gets the full benefits of the okra.
