5 Benefits of Legs up the wall position (Heals your mind and body)


This yoga posture is called Viparita Karani, Viparita means “inverted" and Karani means “in action”. 
This is the most approached yoga position because it does not require too much effort but the result is incredible. It relaxes your mind, releasing stress and tension. 

You simply have to lie down on your back, Put your legs up the wall, and hips as close as possible to the wall until your body are somewhat looks like L shaped position.  Stay in that position for 5 minutes. It is important that you are comfortable.  Focus on your breathing. Take a deep and slow breath.
